Uccello Development, LLC is an award winning family owned, Connecticut based, construction, real estate development and property management firm, whose primary focus is on the construction of high quality custom homes and exceptional residential communities.  Over the last thirty years the Uccello family has been involved in the development of approximately 150 residential building lots, as well as the construction and, or renovation of approximately 200 homes.  In addition, we have constructed new or renovated over 200,000 square feet of commercial space, and continue to own and manage roughly 100,000 square feet of  office, retail and industrial space at this time.  Uccello Development was formed by the Uccello family with the goal of becoming one of the regions premier providers of construction and real estate related services.  We feel that our core values of honesty, integrity, and hard work, together with a team oriented approach to serving our clients will allow us to continue to exceed the expectations of our past, present, and future clients.
