We at Uccello Development believe that our vision is one that is unique among our peers. Our vision does not simply revolve around building buildings. Our vision is one that revolves around the creation of “places”. A sense of “place” is an intangible feeling that people get when they feel comfortable in their surroundings, this is important at home, at work, and out doors in the community. It is created through “human scale” buildings and development patterns that encourage pedestrian traffic, are well landscaped, and are typically not ostentatious or grandiose in any way. While we are often constrained by local building, and zoning codes, which typically do not favor smaller scale, more “quaint” development patterns, we will work within those regulations to create the most desirable locations for people to both live and work; “places” where people want to be.
