Mr. Uccello’s primary responsibility as Director of Real Estate Development and Acquisitions is to identify, analyze and evaluate potential properties for both development and direct acquisition. Mr. Uccello’s additional responsibilities include securing the financing necessary to undertake each project, determining the overall master plan for each individual property, and managing the construction of the infrastructure for that particular project.

Mr. Uccello began his career in the construction industry in 1971, since that time he has been involved in the construction and or renovation of more than 200 homes and over 200,000 square feet of commercial space. He graduated in 1974 from Central Connecticut State University with a BS in Business Administration, and was Honorably Discharged from The United States Army one year later. Mr. Uccello was recognized in 2008 by the Home Builders Association of Hartford County for 30 years of service. In his free time Mr. Uccello enjoys playing golf and traveling with his wife Stephanie. He currently splits his time between his primary residence in Rocky Hill, where he has lived since 1971, and his summer home in Branford.

Director of Construction and Property Management

Mr. Uccello's primary responsibility as Director of Construction and Property Management is the direct oversight of all construction and real estate management operations being conducted by Uccello Development , LLC at any given time. In addition Mr. Uccello has been charged with the task of determining the overall vision for the company, and determining an appropriate marketing strategy to effectively communicate that vision.

Mr. Uccello is a third generation builder and has been involved in the family construction business in some capacity since the age of thirteen. In 1999 Mr. Uccello graduated from Central Connecticut State University as a member of two National Honor Societies, with a BA in Political Science and a Minor in Marketing. He is a member of the Home Builders Association of Connecticut and the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors, and the Rocky Hill Chamber of Commerce. During his free time Mr. Uccello enjoys spending time at the Connecticut shore and traveling with his wife Stacey, particularly to the historic locations of New England, that have inspired the vision for Uccello Development. Mr. Uccello is a life long resident of Rocky Hill, and currently resides with his wife Stacey and their children Benjamin and Sydney in a neighborhood developed by his grandfather, Philip Ireland Sr., before he was born.
